**Description** **CNA 2 \*0.6 FTE Day*** The CNA 2/HUC is a key person within the decentralized nursing unit, who provides overall administrative and technical support in the operation of the unit; collaborates with other staff and leaders in the development, oversight, and operation of the unit; and performs CNA II patient care duties. Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: CLERICAL: Initiates and prioritizes transcription of provider orders. Assembles and maintains patient charts, current forms and results/reports. COMMUNICATION: Serves as the hub of all communication for the unit. Displays professional interpersonal skills when communicating with patients, public and staff. Serves as front-line customer service representative. Or Health Unit Coordinator: 1 year experience performing secretarial duties in a health care environment. + Coursework/Training and Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course.
