PRIMARY FUNCTIONTechnical sales role to manage CMPT Semi/SPT Chinese accounts  Build up POC relationship with customersAchieve a high level of penetration at assigned customer base

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, Align and Execute account strategies to meet business targetsUnderstand customer technology trends, competitive environment and strategic customer needsEffectively utilize available tools such as strategic entertainment and management interface to build customer relationships in line with account plansDevelop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customersUtilize strong sales skills to represent CMPT to customersPromote DuPont processes and secure trials of new materials and support exiting product salesEffectively negotiate supply contractsManage customer pricing strategically in line with business goalsDeliver a high level of service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues that ariseWork with customers to define un-met needsDevelop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunitiesEnter and track opportunities using the CRM toolSuccessfully convert opportunities leading to sales growthWork cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales, ATC and manufacturingResponsible for demand plan and sales forecast accuracy

ROLE (JOB) SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTSBS degree required.  MS highly desirable.  Degree should be in engineering or science field.5 years Semiconductor Industry experience preferred. Experience in Silicon wafer industry is a plus.General knowledge of IC fabrication operations beneficial.Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, some international travel.Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answering technical questions from experts in the CMP field.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization especially during customer interfacing situations.  Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision.Motivated individual with ability to manage long (1-2 years) sales cycles before closing.High safety awareness and demonstrated personal safety engagement are required.
