CMOD Master Engineer

Join the Enterprise Content Management group as Master Engineer on the Enterprise Technology Servicing team!  Be part of a team that is working on a major modernization effort, revolving around exciting new technologies, like GKE/DevOps, React and Content Management AI. The Master Engineer will be responsible for Development/Infrastructure on a mission critical application within KeyBank.

Contribute to the design, delivery, automation, and support of Enterprise Content Management infrastructure services and solutions; partners cross-functionally to come up with solutions.Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned; performs peer reviews.Participates in the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers; shares own perspective on KeyBank processes and/or applicable trends and previous experiences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.Experience: 7+ years of Infrastructure Support experienceExperience with infrastructure support for IBM CMOD, IBM FileNet or other enterprise content management productsPossess strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Infrastructure Support responsibilities; ability to monitor infrastructure functions and resolve issues to maintain system reliability.Ability to work with internal support teams, infrastructure vendor support teams, participate in projects, and work individually to accomplish tasks.Regular on-call support rotation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with infrastructure for IBM CMOD V10.5.x, FileNet V5.5, OpenText Intelligent Capture or other Enterprise Content Management productA willingness to learn new technologies.Experience with troubleshooting sessions including multiple teams.Tests continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and/or improve efficiency.Follows and recommends IT standards (e.g., info security, audit, compliance, etc.).Assesses the technical viability of new and existing solutions and capabilities.Contributes to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94,000 to $140,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
