Final and in process inspection of tooling, components, and prototype parts using CMM and various gauges as requiredAbility to program and operate Zeiss CMM using Calypso softwareAbility to read blueprints and understand product specifications and requirementsAbility to perform measurements of precision components to ensure specifications are metAbility to perform general shop mathAbility to measure close tolerancesCompletion of customer inspection reports per instructions and requirementsPerforms preventive maintenance tasks as required

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or equivalentFive (5) + years of experience working in a precision manufacturing environment operating measuring equipmentExperience with Zeiss CMM and Calypso softwareExperience with Microsoft office productsAbility to work 2nd shift
