Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience (2+ years) as a CMDB Administrator, ServiceNow Administrator, or in a similar role managing asset/configuration data.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, including data models, CI relationships, and discovery/integration methods.Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Asset Management, Discovery, and ITSM.Hands-on experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide scripting) is a plus.Proficiency in SQL or other data querying and reporting tools.Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Configuration Management best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.Self-motivated, with a drive for continuous learning and process improvement.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB or Asset Management.Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) modules.
