Hilton Prague is searching for Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join our team! A M&E Sales Executive will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As a M&E Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The M&E Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, M&E Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nReceive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue\nManage an events schedule to maximize yield\nFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approach\nBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs\nArrange and carry out Hotel show rounds\nEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned events\nParticipate in hotel promotional activities\nWhat are we looking for?\n

A M&E Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nGood organizational and administration skills\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nConfident telephone manner\nHigh level of IT skills\nExcellent grooming standards\nDemonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environment\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nKnowledge of the hotel property management systems\nDemonstrated previous experience working in the Meetings and Events function\nQualification, degree, or certification in a relevant field\n\nWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?\n
