Cluster Manager – HCP/HCO Engagements
Site Name: Mexico City Torre Mitikah Posted Date: Nov 14 2024 The leadership role is primarily responsible for the efficient operational delivery and alignment with Health Care Professionals/External Experts and Health Care Organizations (HCP/EE and HCO) engagement activities, covering global, cross-border, and local operations in the LATAM region and US. The individual in this position will lead a team of specialists providing operational support for these engagements, working closely with high-level stakeholders such as VPs and Business Unit Heads. Additionally, they will support the strategy and design of operational delivery plans, ensuring regular interactions with key stakeholders. The role requires expertise in the end-to-end HCP contracting process, a strong track record in managing mini-projects, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, as the position will involve leading special projects and acting as a subject matter expert to guide the team in contracting activities. Responsibilities: · Team Management & Engagement Delivery: Lead a non-local team of HCP/HCO Engagement Specialists responsible for delivering end-to-end engagement processes for HCP/EE and HCO, ensuring efficient and compliant execution. · Operational Alignment & Risk Management: Ensure effective alignment of operations and resolve business issues and risks, including overseeing the Internal Control Framework, management monitoring, and performance metrics related to HCP/EE and HCO engagements. · Continuous Process Improvement & Performance Analysis: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular reviews of end-to-end processes, proactively identifying gaps with stakeholders, and analyzing performance metrics to drive quality improvements. · Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to align processes and ways of working across countries and the EEE Hub, supporting operational consistency. · Governance, Compliance & Audit Support: Manage governance and compliance processes to ensure alignment with GSK’s Global Code of Practice and SOPs, while providing audit support and management input for therapy areas, Business Units, and LOCs as needed. · Metrics, KPIs & Performance Assurance: Develop and deliver qualitative monitoring frameworks and quantitative metrics to assure senior stakeholders of the performance and delivery of the EEE Hub, while establishing KPIs to track service line performance across geographies and business units. Advisory & Consultation to Senior Stakeholders: Provide expert advisory and consultation to senior internal stakeholders at local and above-country levels, offering strategic guidance to support decision-making and drive alignment with business objectives. Why you? Your qualifications 1 year of experience leading teams in managing complex end-to-end operational processes, particularly in HCP/EE and HCO engagement. Background in end-to-end process management, internal controls, monitoring metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Science Degree. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular process reviews and performance metrics analysis to identify areas for optimization. Experience working collaboratively with global, regional, and local teams, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial functions, to align processes and practices across different countries and business units. Advanced skills in developing and analyzing KPIs and monitoring frameworks to assess operational performance, with the ability to present results clearly to senior stakeholders. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with global teams and senior stakeholders across various regions Why GSK?
