A Cluster Engineering Coordinator / Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting the Cluster General Manager (CGM) with administrative and technical tasks related to engineering matters across Hilton Makkah’s four hotels. This includes coordination, documentation, follow-up on engineering projects, and regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders. The role is under direct supervision of the CGM and is intended for a fresh graduate or master’s student with a background in Civil, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering. The Coordinator will ensure a professional and organized approach to technical operations and project oversight, while developing valuable hands-on experience.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Cluster Engineering Coordinator / Personal Assistant, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nFollow up on technical tasks and assignments as directed by the Cluster General Manager.\nReview and analyze engineering-related reports, documents, and project updates.\nCoordinate communication between engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.\nSupport the CGM with documentation, reporting, and preparation of project materials.\nSchedule and attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.\nMaintain organized engineering files and project records in both digital and physical formats.\nAssist in reviewing progress of ongoing engineering works and ensuring follow-up on deliverables.\nProvide administrative support to the CGM for all engineering-related initiatives.\nAct as a liaison between the CGM and engineering departments across the four Hilton Makkah properties.\nWhat are we looking for?
