Responsibilities:
Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking
Membership and retail sales
Hire/Manage instructors in the studio
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Schedule and participate in marketing and networking events for the studio
Collect payments and outstanding dues
Help cultivate studio culture
Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
Proficiency in studio software and retail
Requirements:
3+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills are a must
Must be solution-based not task oriented
Strong critical thinking skills
The ability to think on your feet
Strong oral and written communication skills
Marketing experience is a plus
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
A self-starter + willing to go the extra mile
A passion for health and fitness
Manage staff schedule
Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
