Position Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud-based network solutions, including VPCs/VNET, subnets, and routing configurations.
Manage and optimize network security, including firewalls, security groups, and VPNs.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for network components.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
Implement network automation using tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of network services with cloud applications.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud networking technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field [or equivalent work experience].
Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on cloud environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or AliCloud Platform.
Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing.
Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and DNS.
Experience with network security practices and technologies, including VPNs and firewalls.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Alibaba Cloud Professional
Experience with network automation tools and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
Familiarity with container networking and technologies like Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, or CloudWatch.
