With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** At Publicis Re:Sources, cloud computing continues to allow us to modernize and consolidate IT infrastructure, automate workloads, and pursue next-generation innovation. To continue this transformation, we’re seeking an experienced DevOps Technician with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI\CD tools and process, implementation, and support of projects and infrastructure in the cloud. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, mostly Azure, with a firm DevOps background, and will be an active contributing member of the team constantly looking for areas to improve. **Responsibilities** **Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:** + Implement and support cloud infrastructure + Implement and support Kubernetes workloads + Develop standard IaC templates + Work with Developers to select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools + The ability to understand and implement environments from architecture documentation + Advocating and building automated processes wherever possible + Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:** + Troubleshooting and resolving pipeline errors for code deployments and recurring jobs + Troubleshooting and resolving Kubernetes implementation issues + Troubleshooting and resolving IaC script issues + Incident management and root cause analysis **Qualifications** **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related degrees preferred + 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting cloud solutions on GCP. AWS and Azure experience a plus **Communication Skills:** + Fluent coomunication in English (B2+ or above). **Technical Skills:** + Experience on IaC using Terraform + Recent experience working with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) + Recent experience on CI/CD tool like Azure DevOps + Expertise in software code deployment procedures + Scripting experience on tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet + Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure + Working understanding of programming languages such as Ruby, Python, and NodeJS + Expertise on Databricks + Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo, CosmosDB or other noSQL databases
