**PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Closer in Houston, TX.** Job Title: **Closer** Job Type: **Full time; Contract** _(12 months)_ Location: **Houston, TX hybrid** Schedule: **Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5:00 PM** Pay Rate: **$20.71-$22.86/ per hour** **Job Summary** The candidate will manage the entire **real estate closing process** , ensuring compliance with lender instructions and balancing closing documents.
