NOTICE:
This role will require 4 to 8 weeks of continuous travel during the closeout phase of construction projects. Non-travel work days will be in the corporate office in Fishers, IN.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Closeout Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring all aspects are completed to the highest standards and handed over successfully. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Project Closeout Management: Oversee the closeout process for construction projects, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time. Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all closeout documentation, including warranties, operation manuals, as-built drawings, and punch lists. Quality Control: Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets the specified standards and contractual requirements.Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project closeout.Compliance: Ensure all closeout activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the closeout process. Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on the progress and status of project closeout. Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior staff and subcontractors involved in the closeout process. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving closeout procedures and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. RequirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project closeout. Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, change order management, and quality control standards.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
