Clinician Middletown, NY Job Type Full-time Description Children & Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTS) program provides clinical and wraparound services to children and families in the home and community. The Licensed Clinician is responsible for completing assessments, tax plans and providing individual and/or family sessions if necessary.
