Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Contributes to manage the Clinical Trial Supply budget and enable good cost controlling.Review invoices to verify accounting and formal accuracy and follow up with external vendors in case of discrepanciesTracking invoices to ensure processing within the agreed upon timelinesallocation of invoices and services according to the pre-defined clinical supply cost structureGeneration and maintenance of cost tracking reports to ensure good cost monitoring and cost transparency.Maintenance of the CTS budget and forecast sheets with planned and actual costs as well as accruals provided by the CTS study teams and the Finance departments in MBG and KoPDevelopment and maintenance of an efficient filing structure for invoices to support the CTS TA teams in regards to cost transparency and budget trackingGeneration of purchase orders for packaging materials used in clinical studies as well as for office materialsGeneration of Pharmaceutical technical Complaints (PTCs) in TrackwiseSupport the CTS study teams concerning the GCP compliant filing of clinical supply related study documents in the trial master fileDevelopment and maintenance of the CTS archiveProcess critical documents within Companion globally for CTS contracts, quality, and confidentiality agreementsEducation
A degree (BSc) or equivalent in life science, logistics or project managementOther degrees and certifications considered if commensurate with related clinical research or clinical supply management experience.5+ years experience with at least 3-4 years in clinical supply management or R&D project managementCompetencies
