You will:

Act as a specialized liaison to assist sites with a protocol-tailored approach to increase efficiency of the patient identification and recruitment processAssist sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniquesCoordinate site specific patient recruitment and retention plans observing the planned metricsProvide information specific to the area of expertise to site team members involved in patient recruitmentIdentify, track, and report patient enrollment progress throughout the studyAnalyze the protocol in order to provide the site with the support needed to improve the patient pathwayProvide support to the project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to patient enrollmentAssist and advise the site monitor in the area of patient enrollmentProvide information related to patient enrollment to Business Development to use for proposals 

QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) or equivalent associate degreeClinical Research experience is desired, but not mandatoryA minimum of 5 years of experience in GastroenterologyExperience in operation and QC procedures related to the equipment used in the specialized areaFull working proficiency in Hungarian and EnglishProficiency in MS Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with a wide range of peopleSelf-motivated and possess the ability to work in both a team setting as well as independentlyStrong communication & presentation skills
