Job Summary: Are you a dedicated behavioral health expert with a passion for training and education? If so, join our team as a Clinical Training Partner! As a trusted ally, you'll collaborate with clinical departments, HR, and Compliance to assess training needs, design and implement effective training methods, and ensure clinical and operational competence across the organization.

Collaborate with program/department supervisors, directors, regional leaders, and executive leaders to assess learning and development needs across the organization.Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for associates based on assessment data and system feedback.Enter and manage clinical training activities and associated data in respective databases.Research, design, and implement effective training methods to enhance employee knowledge, effectiveness, and performance.Develop, create, edit, and review educational and training materials for internal and external audiences.Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Training and Consultation.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related fieldProvisionally licensed or fully licensed candidates preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other closely related clinical license)Knowledge of adult learning theories strongly preferredBrightli is on a Mission:
