The Clinical Trainer (CT) plays a key role within Capita HAAS by adding value to the learning experience of Functional Specialists (FS’s) through the delivery of effective training interventions across all clinical aspects of HAAS to the standards set by the Clinical Governance Team and in accordance with PIP Guidance and Regulations.

This is a home based role with the ability to travel when required for meetings, essential days etc.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering training to Disability Assessors (new and existing) in a way that meets their needs.Using different training methods, both in groups and one-on-one, providing feedback and recommend resources to help staff meet clinical and business goals.Keeping accurate records of feedback and any issues that come up during training.Helping to design and develop effective training programs within set deadlines.

What we’re looking for:

Be an experienced UK registered Health Professional with current and unrestricted professional registration with any of the following bodies: GMC, NMC, HCPC;Approved FS status, as awarded by DWP/DFC with no restrictions pending or in process;The ability to work autonomously without direct supervision;Developed IT skills;Excellent communication skills, specifically written and verbal;Experience or knowledge of Learning & Development practicesPrevious experience of delivering a range of training interventions including face to face, virtual and blended.
