Key responsibilitiesDevelop the network with clinical KOLs in Taiwan.Collaborate with country teams to develop product strategies for each country.Identify and evaluate market opportunities for growth, engaging the account managers to drive business opportunities.Build the sales pipelines and to drive the clinical adoption and actively to win share with Ion torrent solutions.Track the run rate of system reagents and understand the business reasons behind the numbers.Proactively initiate new strategies to grow the business and align with regional/global initiatives.Ensure customer loyalty by prioritizing a customer-focused approach.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesCapable of working independently and self-motivated.Demonstrates clear and concise communications and is capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contacts.Ability to partner effectively as part of a team to solve problems, negotiate solutions, and reach a consensus.Is customer-centric and keenly aware of markets, trends, and competitors.Embraces and brings to bear diversity of culture and thought.Consult with customers to improve technology utilization and successfully implement advancements in protocols, kits, and capabilities in clinical settings.Preferred QualificationsMS or PhD or equivalent experience in life science is strongly preferred.Strategic approach.Growth mindset.Hands-on leadership.5+ years of working experience in next-generation sequencing or oncology-related testing markets in Southeast Asia.Is authentic, transparent, and leads by example, holding self and others accountable.Experience in a clinical, diagnostics, and/or regulated market will be a plus.
