Job Title: Study Facilitator

Job Description

This role involves working with a Fortune 500 tech company to validate algorithms on their prototype device. The study will collect data from participants during scheduled sessions, each lasting up to 2.5 hours. Study facilitators will work directly with participants, supporting data collection and ensuring proper protocol adherence.

ResponsibilitiesConduct consent procedures with participants.Take necessary vitals and measurements (height, weight, EKG) at the start and throughout the session.Ensure participants are properly set up with the device and any monitoring equipment.Observe participants using the device during various activities according to protocol.Ensure data monitoring is functioning properly throughout the session.Ensure proper data collection.Essential SkillsBachelor Degree in science, exercise science, kinesiology, biologyAbility to execute test protocols.Technically savvy to operate test devices and perform data entry.Familiarity with gym equipment and clinical research.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in human subject research.Data analysis skills.Work Environment

We run a morning and an afternoon shift, either AM (6 hours) starting at 7:30 AM or PM (6 hours) ending at 9:00 PM. Shifts are flexible to accommodate school schedules, making this an ideal opportunity for graduate students. Facilitators will be on their feet for long periods, with some desk work, and will be working with participants in a simulated environment. Must be able to work Saturdays.
