Job Description

The Clinical Study Assistant will be responsible for:- Administrative support of the clinical trials department- Coordination and building of study documentation binders- Coordination and building of Site Initiation Binders- Corresponding with Research Sites and IRB- Ordering supplies for Research Sites- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of internal documents related to clinical trials- Compiling required regulatory and financial documentations to ensure a successful study start-up

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Irvine, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

This role is with J&J Vision, a division that specializes in ophthalmology surgical devices. The CSA group is composed of 5 CSAs and 1 Project Manager. The core function of the group is to support with study administrative duties. It is a fast-paced environment but the team truly operates like a team.
