Job Title: Clinical Social Worker-Hybrid (Bilingual-Spanish)

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker, fluent in Spanish, to provide essential services to children, adolescents, and families. This includes diagnosis and treatment through individual, group, or family treatment sessions. In this role, you will collaborate with referring agencies, school systems, community agencies, and the juvenile court system to assist in the development of a service plan for the child and family. Your role will ensure that the appropriate services are being delivered to the children under our care. You will also participate in individual supervision, clinic meetings, administrative staff meetings, and in-service activities. This role requires maintaining a medical record for each client, which includes diagnostic interview notes, progress notes, transfer summaries, and treatment plans. There may also be opportunities to participate in the field instruction program and supervise social work trainees, as well as participate in community activities related to the needs of traumatized children and their families.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Baltimore, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with sessions conducted either virtually or in-person. The workdays can vary week by week from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. Free onsite parking is available for all staff.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74980.00 - $95000.00
