As Clinical Social Work Supervisor, you help support overall wellness by overseeing a dedicated team of Social Workers. Using your clinical expertise, you will strive to deliver exceptional support to assigned cases, ensuring each person feels valued, appreciated and understood. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Supervise Social Work staff and oversees daily operations. Precept/complete orientation for new caregivers and assure annual competencies and other ongoing training sessions are successfully completed. Assist with interviews and completion of annual performance evaluations. Arrange schedules, evaluate caseloads and make daily assignments. Assist in the development of department practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. Analyze productivity and other outcome measures to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for teams lead by other disciplines.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s Degree in Social Work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Valid Driver’s License (VDL) and insuranceThree to five years of related experiencePreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
