POSITION SUMMARY:
The supervisor of the social work team engages in support of the social workers through administrative and clinical responsibilities. Supervisors maintain clinical responsibilities to an assigned area of the hospital system, while supporting the team with clinical initiatives and administrative supports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Social Work or higher from an accredited program 5 years working in social work field; certification as a Qualified Supervisor in Social Work Current Florida Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, experience with electronic medical record systems, strong communication skills (oral and written)Salary Range: Minimum 32.71 per hour - Maximum 52.34 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
