Our client, a leader in the clinical research industry, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B to join their team. As a CRA, you will be part of the clinical team supporting the execution and management of clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - B
**Location:** Alameda, CA
**Pay Range:** Max 45$/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Conduct single or multi-center medical device clinical studies.
+ Perform study site visits ensuring compliance with the Study Protocol and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
+ Assist in planning study conduct, designing case report forms (CRFs), and training investigator sites.
+ Maintain and audit the Trial Master File to ensure inspection readiness.
+ Communicate the status of clinical studies effectively to management and participate in cross-functional teams.
**What's Needed?**
+ BS degree in life sciences with 3+ years of experience as a CRA or CRC.
+ Demonstrated experience in site monitoring and clinical trial practices.
+ Experience in conducting medical device and/or in-vitro diagnostics studies.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills.
+ Working knowledge of GCP, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs.
