Clinical Recruitment Coordinator Northwestern College is seeking a dynamic clinical recruitment coordinator to join our physician assistant (PA) program. You’ll build relationships with clinical sites, recruit preceptors, and support student placements. This 12-month position is full-time, but part-time applicants will also be considered. Responsibilities include: + Recruit and retain clinical sites. + Coordinate site visits and evaluate preceptors. + Assist with student placement and support. + Communicate with sites and students. + Handle administrative tasks (stipends, materials). The successful candidate will hold an associate’s degree or higher. This individual must possess strong communication and organization skills, and must have a valid driver’s license. Experience in health care, sales and/or marketing is preferred.
