In this role, you will supervise Clinical Providers, assist in effective time management, and provide various forms of counseling to meet client needs. You will also engage in community education and participate in client staffing to establish treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision to Clinical Providers and conduct regular individual supervisory sessions and team meetings.
• Assist supervisees in managing their time effectively according to DMH standards.
• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.
• Present educational material in public forums to promote community understanding of mental health.
• Participate in client staffing to identify problems and establish treatment goals.
• Engage in emergency services to provide rapid aid during emotional crises.
• Coordinate comprehensive follow-up for all clients under your care.
• Review and monitor documentation, providing feedback and discipline as necessary.
• Participate in hiring staff and report critical incidents to the supervising Assistant Director or Director.
• Contribute to staff development and training activities, including new hire orientation.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and adhere to operational guidelines.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Master's degree or licensed professional with post-licensure experience in mental health.
• Must possess a Missouri State license as a Psychologist, LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPC.

Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
