Get to Know Your Team: Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more. Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Quality. The Clinical Programs Manager is responsible for validating uploads from Analytics for chest pain accreditation and neuro abstractions for Stroke Accreditation and to provide monthly statistics. The abstractor will assist in maintaining chest pain accreditation and achieving stroke certification. Abstracts for ED measures when necessary. Also accepts other periodic assignments as requested by the Chief Nursing Officer. Qualifications Job Requirements: BSN required Registered Nurse (RN) with Texas Board of Nursing – OR – current home state license is required for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact. BLS, ACLS Three years acute care hospital experience Preferred Job Requirements: MSN preferred
