All while understanding that together we are even better. **Job Location: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Onsite - 893 Hope Way, Altamonte Springs, FL** **The role you’ll contribute:** **Under the direction of the Executive Director of the Clinical Innovation team, the Clinical Program Leader oversees the implementation of clinical pathways. The Clinical Program Leader ensures that pathways improve health outcomes through an iterative process that is evidence based and consensus backed. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and diverse populations across the AdventHealth system to drive AdventHealth clinical prototype methodology. The Clinical Program Leader serves as a catalyst, creating plans that are connected to the larger strategic framework: engage the consumer, improve people systems, and improve the product. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.** **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Under the direction of the Executive Director of Clinical Innovation, collaborates with leadership and frontline in the implementation of strategic, tactical, clinical, and business initiatives to transform and deploy existing programs as assigned. + Collaborate and build working relationships with organizational leaders, clinical leaders, and their teams to develop and improve workflow processes and data capture. + Collaborate with AIT to develop and improve workflow processes and data capture. + Ensure that patient safety and privacy remain protected at all times in accordance with HIPAA and other federal regulations. + Develop pathways that build consistency across the system and close the performance gap between the “as is” and “to be” states. + Applies change management principles and tools. + Applies quality and/or performance improvement tools. + Utilizes strategies that efficiently and effectively coordinate care between hospital departments and the outpatient environment. + Identify and lead a team of change coordinators to manage clinical pathways for data gathering, data integrity, and advancement of the patient care process across a variety of diagnoses and healthcare settings. + Mentors Clinical Innovation staff on clinical workflow process, development, and design. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Qualifications Required** + Master's Degree (Healthcare or related field), or higher + 5 progressive clinical experience in ambulatory, acute care facility or post-acute + 2 change management expertise and experience with design, pilot, implementation, and sustainment experience in clinical transformation + RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure **Required** + MD - Physician - State Licensure **Required** + DO - Doctor of Osteopathy **Required** + PA - Physician Assistant **Required** + PROSCI training **Preferred** + Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to inspire a shared vision to drive strategy and outcomes at all levels of the organization. + Posses a broad nursing leadership knowledge, leadership ability, accepts responsibility, exercises authority and functions independently + Ability to analyze big picture and search for insightful, creative solutions. + Prioritization of competing needs and opportunities while managing projects simultaneously + Ability to apply change management strategies + Ability to lead quality and/or process improvement strategies + Systems thinker + Experience navigating through EMR and basic understanding of AIT workflow + Ability to work with and gather information from subject matter experts and current literature related to current clinical practice + Ability to create executive written summaries and business plans + Experience in fast pace, high volume environments. + Must have a working knowledge of budgets and healthcare finance and leadership capabilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:** • Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to inspire a shared vision to drive strategy and outcomes at all levels of the organization. • Posses a broad nursing leadership knowledge, leadership ability, accepts responsibility, exercises authority and functions independently • Ability to analyze big picture and search for insightful, creative solutions. • Prioritization of competing needs and opportunities while managing projects simultaneously • Ability to apply change management strategies • Ability to lead quality and/or process improvement strategies • Systems thinker • Experience navigating through EMR and basic understanding of AIT workflow • Ability to work with and gather information from subject matter experts and current literature related to current clinical practice • Ability to create executive written summaries and business plans • Experience in fast pace, high volume environments. • Must have a working knowledge of budgets and healthcare finance and leadership capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
