Clinical Product Manager

The Clinical Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to marketplace availability. The product should meet and exceed customer requirements and be measurable through success outcomes. The Clinical Product Manager will monitor the success of the product by using customer feedback and will iterate the product to drive widespread adoption. This role serves as the industry expert and thought leader in Home Infusion Pharmacy for Brightree products and solutions. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of how the product will solve complex problems from the industry.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders in building out complete end-to-end innovative solutions that solve customers’ clinical problems.Gathers and write system requirements and design solutions to business needs to translate to the product and development team.Serves as a subject matter expert to internal and external teams to promote product refinement and adoption.Collaborates with customer support, professional services, development, and marketing teams to sustain strong partnerships to support product lifecycle.Manages and prioritizes product roadmap to meet customer and prospects needs.Researches and assesses market to proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve complex problemsAssists sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the product particularly as it relates to clinical and operational workflows.Prepare and deliver product/feature presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
 

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

Deep industry knowledge of Home Infusion Pharmacy, Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy, or Specialty PharmacyAt least 5+ years of clinical experience in Home Infusion, Hospital, Specialty, or Outpatient Infusion Pharmacy with deep knowledge on how clinical initiatives affect other areas, like operations and financial touchpointsMust be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at handAbility to manage multiple, complex projects through cross-functional teams working within a SaaS environment.Very strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts for consumption by non-clinical stakeholdersProficient in MS Office Tools: SharePoint, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS ExcelAbility to travel up to 15%, as needed
 

Preferred:

Pharmacy related degree or certificationExisting knowledge in Brightree products and/or infusion software systemsProficient in product management software (Aha, JIRA) and Salesforce

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $123,000 - $160,000 USD.
