Under minimal supervision, fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information, supervise and direct support personnel.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Graduate of a School of Pharmacy. Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: Pharmacy Residency. 2 years hospital experience, or Pharmacy residency. Health System Experience.
