LKMC is also proud to be the only hospital in the Florida Keys that offers labor and delivery services. We also offer physical therapy in Key West using a multi-joint strength system, in addition to other innovative systems and equipment for customized rehabilitation.

 What Does a Pharmacist (PRN) do? : As a Pharmacist (PRN) with Lower Keys Medical Center, you will be responsible for… 

Compounding and dispensing prescribed drugs in a healthcare facility environment.Also you will be responsible for transferring prescriptions, handling incoming physician calls, logging data into the computer, and Drug Utilization Review. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and you will be performing a variety of tasks.A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.You will report to a Director/Manager.

A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, or an advanced degree, is required.You will need to be licensed to practice, in the state of Florida.Also you need an understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this particular field.
