Work Schedule: 

This is a fulltime. FTE 1.0, 1st shift position. Monday- Friday, varying between 8:00am - 5:00pm (8 hour shift). Hours may vary based on department needs.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: 

Coordinate administrative aspects of associated clinics, including preparation of reports using administrative programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, and SharePoint.Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams. Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies, or services and the repair of equipment including submitting work orders as needed.Respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll (time-off policies, procedures, and scheduling). Perform other duties as assigned
