To be considered for the role of Solicitor, candidates must have experience of managing a caseload of the full spectrum of Clinical Negligence matters or have gained experience of assisting in such matters during their Training Contract. They will also need to demonstrate: · An in-depth knowledge of legal principles and court procedures in relation to clinical negligence work. · The ability to prepare and plan cases at all levels of court in connection with clinical negligence work. · The ability to undertake advocacy before District Judges and where appropriate Circuit Judges in connection with clinical negligence work. · The ability to determine appropriately the need for experts, agents or counsel to be instructed upon issues which they are to address. great work quality, hybrid working and competitive salary.
