Along with performing as a staff LVN, the Clinical Lead (LVN) is responsible for;

Providing technical support to Medical Assistant and LVN staff in a clinic site or physician module to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures, management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff.Covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures.Review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy.Practicing within the scope of a LVN and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care.

Required:

Current California LVN license.Minimum 2 years clinical experience.American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Previous training experience and leadership skills.Experience in an outpatient setting.
