Clinical Fellow Support: + AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor + Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team + We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs + Generous materials stipend for the school year + You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Maryland + We want to help you achieve your short- and long-term professional goals! + Check out more information on our website: www.AnthroMed.education Job Description: + Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students + Conduct evaluations of speech and other disorders for school aged children + Develop individualized treatment plans with goals targeting students + Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and other assistive technologies as needed + Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs + Engage in continuous professional learning and development through supervision, mentorship, and ongoing education + Work collaboratively with other staff members within the school district including educators, family members, etc. Speech Language Pathologist Requirements: + School-based and/or pediatric experience working with school-aged kids + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders + Valid MD SLP license from the Maryland Board of Speech-Language Pathologists When you join AnthroMed Education, you have the choice to have a salaried or hourly pay structure with 100% free United Healthcare health insurance premiums, 401K with employer match, competitive PTO, and all school holidays and breaks paid in FULL!
