Job Description
Develop, maintain, monitor, and supervise the clinical staff and service delivery of clinical services within assigned group home. Ensure service meets standards and regulations set forth by state purchasing agencies. Provide weekly supervision to clinical and direct care staff, offer clinical services to assigned client caseload, and complete all required client chart documentation in compliance with contracting regulations, as well as state and federal regulations. Responsible for ensuring clinical training and orientation to staff within group home. Implement and monitor a trauma-informed system of care within group homes. Attends and participates in all relevant treatment and programmatic meetings, trainings as needed or assigned, including agency orientation, staff and team meetings, etc. Ensure compliance with both agency and contracting sources policies and procedures.

The work environment described here is representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Case load is between 8-12 cases a week, and age ranges from 2 years to 22 years old. The oldest they have in the program now is 18. The physical environment for this job will be a typical office setting, as well as traveling to individual client homes and community settings. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexibility needed between 8am-8pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
