Nexus-PATH is looking to add a Clinical Director to join our Luther Hall youth residential location in Fargo, ND!

Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise the management of clinical programming and directly related activities on-site Ensures a therapeutic milieu and trauma informed environment Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coaching Oversees and maintains proper staffing levels of programs to meet census requirements Ensures staff readiness for admission and acuity of youth Engages and participates in clinical consults Provides supervisors and staff with incident debriefing as necessary Participates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical area Ensures safety plans for youth and employees Responsible for compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with Nexus treatment philosophies & models Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field Participate in and support the ongoing selection, evaluation, and professional development of staffQualifications:
Master's Degree in related discipline required Minimum of 5 years of experience in related field LCSW, LICSW, and LPCC or equivalent level of licensure required Valid driver's licenseNice to haves:
Supervisory experience is preferred Experience working in a residential settingSchedule/Pay:
