What you'll do:

Lead the processes established to ensure that the patients' nutritional needs are met. Assess patients' nutritional needs and confer with the healthcare team. Analyze nutritional intake. Plan meals for hospital patients who have special dietary needs. Educate patients who are in need of special diets/dietary planning.

What you’ll have:

Bachelor's of Science or Arts, or higher, in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field. Completion of approved internship, coordinated undergraduate program, or equivalent, and certifying exam. Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

 

*Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
