Job Title: Clinical Data Coordinator
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes by managing and coordinating clinical data related to specific disease groups. This role involves working closely with data coordinators, clinical coordinators, regulatory coordinators, and nurses.
Responsibilities
+ Enter and manage clinical data accurately and efficiently.
+ Upload and address data queries promptly.
+ Assist in audit preparation.
+ Coordinate monitor visits and ensure seamless execution.
+ Provide support for various team-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Proficiency in data entry and data management.
+ Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
+ Flexibility in handling changing priorities.
+ Minimum one year of experience with clinical data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Oncology experience is preferred.
+ Research experience is an advantage.
+ Opportunities for growth within the data path or transitioning to clinical or regulatory teams.
+ SOCRA or ACRP certification will result in a pay increase.
Work Environment
Work both onsite and remotely, with three days required in the office and two days from home. Home days are flexible but attendance is necessary for team meetings and monitor visits. The team operates within disease-specific groups, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
