Serves as a clinical role model and resource to staff. Assures the on-going educational development of all unit employees and performs management duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager. Participates in departmental and hospital wide performance improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities:** Key customers are patients, families, staff, all ancillary/support people, physicians, peers, all other departments, and staff.
