Winchester Hospital, a proud member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is currently hiring Nursing Assistants, who are committed to making a positive impact in health care. Under the direction of our nursing staff, we will partner with you to provide the best personalized patient care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. Our paid Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP) is designed to support candidates with little or no patient care experience that are seeking a direct patient care position within our hospital. Upon successful completion of this program, candidates will join one of our inpatient teams to deliver superior physical and emotional assistance to our patients. CATP REQUIREMENTS: + Candidates for this program must be able to commit to no less than 24hrs a week (various hours/various shifts including every other weekend and holiday rotation) for at least one year. + Candidates cannot reduce their hours during their first year of employment. + Candidates will be required to attend all of our training program sessions. + Starting rate is $19.50 an hour plus any applicable shift differentials. + Benefit package including free parking is available. **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
