Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Clinical Assistant for the Center for Adult Autism Services – Intensive Outpatient Clinic (IOC).

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies in support of successful outcomes for adults with autism across the areas of problem behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals throughout center-based and community-based environments. Provides direct care to adults with autism in a variety of settings and contexts. Collects, interprets, and analyzes behavioral data under the supervision of a BCBA. Assists in the management of severe challenging behaviors. Contributes to the development of behavior analytic problem behavior reduction protocols and instructional programming under the supervision of a BCBA.
