Job Description
The Clinical Assistant plays a pivotal role in developing and recommending new or revised clinical program goals and objectives. This position involves scheduling clinical work plans in accordance with specifications and funding limitations, overseeing daily clinical operations, and coordinating program activities while determining priorities. Will be responsible for vitals and triage for these patients.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and recommend new or revised clinical program goals and objectives.Analyze kidney health via creatinine levels.Schedule clinical work plans according to specifications and funding limitations.Oversee daily clinical operations and coordinate program activities.Determine priorities in clinical operations.Provide technical advice and problem-solving assistance to medical staff, patients, and others.Interpret program goals and policies, referring to appropriate personnel when necessary.Coordinate clinical activities with other programs, departments, or staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.Prepare periodic reports and records on clinical program activities, progress, and status for management or outside agencies.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of creatinine levels.5 years of experience in a clinical setting.Proficiency in EPIC systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in medical assisting and patient care.Knowledge of medical terminology.Ability to coordinate scheduling and healthcare support.Proficient in managing patient records.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
