You will supervise a team of clinicians and help them with developing the skills required to provide high quality treatment according to program guidelines. You will assist staff with providing strength-based, therapeutic care to children, adults, and families in their homes and the community. Qualifications:   Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required    Clinical Licensure in the state of NY required (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)   Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred  minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred    Bilingual English / Spanish required!  Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach  Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus Benefits:  Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays   (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
