Key Responsibilities include:

Must be knowledgeable in clinical healthcare including nursing education  Build successful client relationships Understand regulatory healthcare requirements Apprenticeship Program development: Create curriculum, assess apprentices, and develop instructional materials Program evaluation: Monitor and assess program success, and submit documentation to regulatory agencies Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and funding agency requirements

Requirements

2-5 years of Nursing experience Ability to work remotely Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in Registered Apprenticeship program tracking and evaluation Interpersonal and organizational skills Grant writing and grant management a plus
