Clinic RN - Hematology Oncology

The Radiation Oncology nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of  patients in the radiation oncology department. The ability to retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a written, auditory or visual fashion is essential. The radiation oncology nurse is responsible for patient education, physical assessment, nutrition counseling and assisting physicians with exams and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Nursing. 1 year Oncology experience.
