As a Virtual Clinic LPN, you’ll provide nursing services to patients remotely, supporting residential care facilities, behavioral health, and/or substance use disorder treatment programs. Our ideal candidate is passionate about virtual healthcare, has experience with managing incoming clinic phone calls. Position Perks & Benefits: + 29 Days of PTO + Competitive Pay + Eligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment *eligibility requirements + Employee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more** + Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan – up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees + Company-paid basic life insurance + Emergency Medical Leave Program + Flexible Spending Accounts – healthcare and dependent child-care + Health & Wellness Program + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Employee Discount Program + Mileage Reimbursement Key Responsibilities: + Perform nursing assessments virtually, including physical and mental health evaluations and psychiatric screeners. + Document medication administration and assessments accurately and completely using the clinic's electronic systems. + Conduct virtual Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, monitor medication refills, and maintain virtual oversight of housing clients' medications. + Communicate with clients via video calls, phone, or messaging to address medication questions, needs, and refill requests. + Virtually room clients, verifying client data, obtaining and reviewing health history, and prepping for telehealth provider consultations. + Complete all required virtual documentation, including nursing assessments and client safety plans. + Serve as a resource for virtual nursing and medical issues, providing guidance on infectious disease control and client health issues under nursing leadership. + Attend virtual meetings and collaborate closely with nursing leadership and clinic staff. + Perform other related duties as required, assigned, and/or delegated. Education and/or Experience Qualifications: + Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. + Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program. + Experience in telehealth or virtual care is preferred. Additional Qualifications: + Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other virtual healthcare platforms. + Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and healthcare providers remotely. + Strong organizational skills to manage remote patient care effectively. + Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a virtual team.
