Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a vital role in providing nursing services to clients in various settings, including residential care facilities, behavioral health programs, and outpatient clinics. In this role, you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, monitor client health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide individualized care. You will also educate clients and their families about health management and medication compliance, ensuring a supportive environment for recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate clients' physical conditions to determine service needs.
• Complete required screenings and record initial medical histories and vital signs.
• Monitor health status and coordinate care with the treatment team based on client needs.
• Create action plans addressing both physical and mental health treatment needs.
• Provide health education, disease prevention, and risk reduction information to clients.
• Arrange medical appointments and manage medical emergencies as they arise.
• Educate clients and guardians about prescribed medications and monitor compliance.
• Administer medications and oversee their administration according to service line requirements.
• Consult with physicians and pharmacists regarding medication management and treatment modifications.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner as per company policies.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states.
• Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC.
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record and driving record.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
• Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
