FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager - MMA (II) provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and is responsible for ensuring that the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. The Clinic Manager- MMA goals will align closely with those of the Regional Manager-MMA while being the present and accountable leader to transform the vision and goals into action. This position requires competency in change management and performance improvement, while possessing basic knowledge for business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations. This position represents our larger/more complex clinics and services and requires the business acumen required to create business process improvement and program development for the clinic areas it oversees. The clinic manager (II) is determined based on scope and span of control versus clinic manager (I).

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree 5 yrs exp in a professional or technical role/function 3 yrs exp in a supervisory or lead capacity Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $75,941.00 - $109,262.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
